Wine Maker Dinner

Meet, drink, and chat with Tom Gamble, of Gamble Family Vineyards.
This Napa native and wine maker will provide wine insights while you enjoy a four course "prix fixe" menu prepared by Executive Chef Colin Duggan and pairings by GM and Sommelier Steven Kleinfeld.
- 1st Course - House made goat cheese, compressed vegetable salad, sweet pea granita. Wine Pairing: Yountville Sauvignon Blanc
- 2nd Course - Orecchiette with snails, smoked baby fennel, pine nuts, and a brown butter bagna cauda. Wine Pairing: St Helena old vines Syrah
- 3rd Course - Salt crust roasted bison tenderloin, basil, morels, and fresh horseradish. Wine Pairing: Family Home Cabernet Sauvignon
- 4th Course - Dark chocolate creme Brule with guajillo chili and caraway sugar. Wine Pairing: "Paramount" Bordeaux style blend
